How billing works
Subcontractors & General Contractors pay a flat $99/month. If you don't pass your background check, $34 is refunded to you — $65 is non-refundable and covers background check processing, regardless of the actual check cost or jurisdiction.
Developers pay $299/month, which includes 3 team seats. Each additional seat beyond the included 3 costs $99/month and is billed automatically. Developers are not subject to a background check since they are searching verified subs/GCs, not being vetted themselves. All plans cancel anytime.
