How billing works
Subcontractors & General Contractors pay a flat $99/month. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of any verification check — verification is a badge on your profile, not a gate on your access.
Developers pay $299/month, which includes 3 team seats. Each additional seat beyond the included 3 costs $99/month and is billed automatically. Developer accounts are checked by the same three independent verification providers as Subs/GCs, shown as a badge on their profile — this fee is non-refundable on the same basis. All plans cancel anytime.
Your first month is free. Your card is required at signup but isn't charged right away — your first charge happens 30 days after you sign up, so you have a full month to try Sub-Finder before any money moves. You can cancel any time before then at no cost. After that, new accounts get 50% off for the following 3 months automatically, then move to the full monthly price.
